First Eerste trip of the season

4 paddlers snuck in a midday run of the Eerste from a few kilometers above the Hangbrug down to the Piet Retief Street Bridge. The river was running a bit higher than race level last year and so it was a great opportunity to see if more water is a good idea this year. The verdict.....YES!!!!
